Wellbeing Talk Program

The Wellbeing Talk Program consists of six guided visualizations. They are best experienced in a quiet environment when interruptions are not expected. In order to encourage an open-minded approach, the subject of each guided visualization is unknown to you before you begin. You will be asked to sit, or lie, in a comfortable position with your arms and legs uncrossed, and your eyes closed. You will not be encouraged to sleep, but to listen to the instructions and engage in your imagination with the journey.

In order to consider the learning, and practise the techniques contained within each guided visualization, you are advised to wait 24 hours before beginning the next episode. Rushing through the program may prove counterproductive.

Each guided visualization focuses on a single topic and are arranged in the best order for assimilation. You are strongly advised not to engage with them in the first instance in an alternative order as the effectiveness of the program depends on the ideas being assimilated in sequence. At the completion of the program, you will enjoy lifelong access to the entire program so that you can refresh your understanding of the ideas contained within each episode at any time in the future.
